In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order.
Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and occasionally under runs. The Safety Award Store will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence. Over or under runs occur do to the fact that quantity of the products are determined by weight since its not possible to actually count the exact quantities in a mass production process The industry standard on most products is ± 5%. For instance, if you order 2,000 pens you could potentially receive between 1900 and 2100 pens.

You can upload your art file to your order when using our shopping cart or you can email your artwork directly to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we don’t receive your artwork we will remind you of this later when we email your order confirmation.
Although we prefer files Adobe Illustrator files with extensions of .EPS and .AI, we can work with just about any file you have.
Yes. That is no problem! There is a $10 charge for typesetting. We can typeset your copy/message in any font you like, or we can pick one for you.
An art proof is an actual layout of the way your artwork will look when printed on the product you have chosen. Proofs are available for all items. Your first proof is provided FREE OF CHARGE; additional proofs are $10 each. Once you have approved the artwork proof your order be scheduled for production.
The Pantone Matching System assigns numbers to specific shades of every color in the spectrum. The PMS system is used to define ink colors used in spot color printing. If you do not know your PMS number, just let us know. We will find it for you. There generally is a charge for PMS Color Matches or we can choose a color from our stock inks that best matches your color at No Charge.
A setup is the cost associated with the creation of a die, plate, screen, or other fixture that is used in our machines to print your logo on your desired item.
Since each item has a unique imprint area, and imprint methods vary from item to item, it’s necessary to create templates for imprints every time you order an item for the first time. Each new product requires another setup fee.
A setup fee is not an artwork fee. Designing your artwork is a completely different cost.
If you are working on a very tight deadline, please check out our RUSH section, which lists a wide selection of Safety Awards that can be produced and shipped out within 3 business days. We even offer a 24 hour rush service on some of our most popular items. Please note that Rush Service may require an additional cost per item. Rush orders are limited to 1-color imprints proofs are provided ONLY if time allows.
Please note that you must consider delivery time when figuring out when you will receive your order. We can only guarantee that your order will leave the factory on time according to the shipping method that you specify. Rush orders often incur additional charges and you may be required to limit the complexity of your artwork.

We understand that choosing the right product for your next Safety Milestone or Safety Meeting can be challenging. To help you decide which product is right for you we offer imprinted and non-imprinted samples. Samples of our product line are available at anytime. Please follow the instruction below if you are interested in ordering from the SafetyAwardStore.
Samples will be shipped blank or with a random imprint. Samples may not be customized.
Sample orders are shipped by Ground Service
If an order must be cancelled once its in production a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will depend on the product and the production stage the order is in.

A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. SafetyAwardStore.com utilizes hundreds of production facilities throughout the United States in order to bring you the best selection of promotional products. All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the factory. The ship from location is listed on the Specification Tab for each individual product.
Yes, shipping is pre-paid and added to invoice unless otherwise requested All shipments will be sent via best method as determined by our shipping department. 3rd party shipping is available upon request.

The Safety Award Store always provide great service and the lowest prices in the industry. If you find a lower advertised price from another vendor with the same item in stock, we will gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference.
