Acceptance of Orders

  • All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms. If for any reason upgrade.safetyawardstore.com cannot meet the required delivery, a representative will contact you.
  • All orders are subject to credit approval.
  • We will accept no changes to the order unless done so by fax or email and confirmed by upgrade.safetyawardstore.com
  • If an account has not been established, payment must accompany the order.
  • All orders will be subject to our credit terms and acceptance. A pre-payment may be required depending on size and amount of the order.
  • Adco upgrade.safetyawardstore.com reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered. Over-runs will be invoiced at actual price. Applies to Custom Printed Products ONLY.
  • Prices shown in the catalog and upgrade.safetyawardstore.com do not include freight charges. Postage, shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice.

Returns

  • All returns must be authorized. Custom imprinted merchandise are final sales and cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Please call our customer service department for return of defective merchandise.
