• This full color 19" x 13" safety hero scratch off poster makes it easy to create an affordable safety engagement program.  It is an affordable and fun way to recognize the true heroes on your team that go above and beyond to help keep their workplace accident free.  

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS: 

• There are 50 Safety Hero shields on the front of the poster.
• Under each scratch off shield you will find a number ranging from 1-50. When an employee scratches off the star, they will match their number to the prize list below and write in their name next to that number.  
• There are 5 prize brackets that represent numbers 1-20, 21-35, 36-45, 46-48 & 49-50.  You can choose your own prizes or work with our team to help you select prizes that can be customized with your logo and safety message.  
•  When all 50 shields are scratched off, the Grand Prize shield is scratched off to reveal the Grand Prize Winner. 

 HOW TO DETERMINE THE PRIZES:

• The prizes are determined by you based on your budget and your goals.
• You write in your prizes on the front of the poster based on your choices.
• Then write in your Grand Prize in the space indicated.
